In May 2009 Dresdner Bank and Commerzbank merged to a new financial institution. The new Commerzbank builds on its strengths and experience as a full-service bank for private and business clients in Germany and around the world. A new brand look was needed to emphasize the bank’s claim to leadership and to send a confident signal for the merger.
The Commerzbank brand’s sharpened profile and market position, “Partnership and performance,” are the basis for the visual development. As a major customer touchpoint, the design of the ATM area and the service hall is bright and inviting, giving the customer area a progressive straightforward look.
The signage complies with the new logo design and the revised brand position.
